About Contractors:

So you have a job that needs doing. Do you:

(a) Invest a sensible amount of money in a permanent member of staff who with the right encouragement and investment will grow to consider your company as a member of his or her family and will stay loyal though both good and bad times.

(b) Pay far too much for someone who has lied on their CV to turn up and browse the internet, avoid any commitment and then when it all goes Pete Tong walk away scott free to fleece another company. It's your choice? (I vote B)

FACT: Contractors are more irritating than Smoking but less irritating than Jim Davidson
