About Fat American Tourists (on gondolas):

They're the reason American cars are so big - the average sized middle-aged American could claim disablity living allowance in Blighty for being so bloated.

Some might say it's funny to see them in such predicaments as illustrated on the gondola, as their abnormal centre of gravity has predictably amusing consequences.

I would contend that nothing that loud is funny. See Ruby Wax, Roseanne Barr and Chris Farley for examples.
