About M62:

The M62 connects Leeds with the wrong side of the Pennines (it also goes to Hull, but enough already).

Up, down, winding and often badly lit, the M62 seemingly permanently has the worst driving conditions imaginable at its summit, and thanks to the loonies that use it is more often than not snarled up with accidents.

Personally, I'd restrict 4x4s to the outer lane, and maybe experiment by banning pillocks from driving on it during peak times?
