About McDonalds Global Casting:

Can there be anything more patronising that McDonald's Global Casting bags, which feature supposed 'McDonald's customers' picked from around the World engaged in some sort of (usually physically active) pass-time to show their customers how to live better lives?

The thin irony of promoting sports activities on a bag full of saturated fat is probably not lost on the majority of the British public.

Take Jade, for instance (pictured). It might as well say 'I'm going to grow up to be an enormous fat cow with diabetes, but that's OK because I'm into painting pictures and my own T-shirts and anyway I'll probably get knocked up at 12 and live off benefits'.

Why don't they have some real British kids on there? Like 'I'm Bez, I'm from Dudley, I'm 12 and I like knifing grannies and stealing their pensions to spend on skunk'?

Pull the other one, McD's.
