Once in the shop you fill up the squeaky-wheeled trolley with more stuff than you really need, then after half an hour queuing you have to take it all out again and put it on a conveyor belt. Later, you put it all back in the damn trolley and fight your way back to the car, assuming you can avoid the bloody survey-takers outside again.
